In my first post I mentioned that we decided to refinance our house. Well, that didn't get finalized until the end of March, we were only able to skip the April payment, not two payments as promised, and we are still waiting to get a REFUND from the company that handled our refinance. Seems nothing is easy anymore and everyone is out to screw you over!
But we do have lower monthly payments which is good, however we now have to pay home insurance and taxes on our own. We are keeping money set aside for that and hope it doesn't become an issue.
Life goes on... And so on to the next big thing in our life - my total knee replacement surgery!
